Meet the Executive Director,
Alison Raab

Alison joined the Discovery Senior Living family 5 ½ years ago as the Director of Celebrations. She was promoted to the Director of Resident and Concierge Services at Aston Gardens At Tampa Bay in January of 2022 and then to the Executive Director in April of 2024. Alison has lived in the Tampa area for 22 years and has been married to her husband Matt for 20 years. She has twin 17-year-old sons, Landon and Braeden and two “bonus” sons, Connor and Ethan. In her free time, you will find Alison spending time with her family, at a high school lacrosse game, the beach, visiting with friends or doing Pilates.
